Huseyin Emre Eney is an attorney with a strong international legal background and experience advising individuals and corporate clients on complex cross-border matters. He is fluent in English and a native Turkish speaker, enabling him to effectively serve a diverse, international clientele.
Emre earned his LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York, where he was also a recipient of the LL.M. Dean’s Scholarship. He holds an LL.B. from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the Ankara Bar Association in Turkey.
Emre has broad experience across corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as in dispute resolution, litigation, and immigration law. He has represented clients before EOIR and USCIS and has advised international clients on high-profile transactions in the energy, mining, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.
