Radik Sarukhanyan is a legal professional with a diverse international background, fluent in Armenian and English, and proficient in Russian and Italian. His linguistic and cultural competence enables him to provide comprehensive legal services to a global clientele. 

Radik graduated from Fordham University School of Law with an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in U.S. Law. He also holds a Master’s Degree with honors in European Studies, specializing in European and Comparative Law, from Sapienza University of Rome, and an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) with honors from Gavar State University in Armenia. Radik’s educational journey also includes study abroad programs in Poland and Lithuania, further broadening his international legal perspective. 

Radik’s role at the firm spans a broad spectrum of legal areas, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, real estate transactions, family law and immigration matters.

In addition to his formal education, Radik holds certifications in legal research, governance, and international law, equipping him to handle complex legal issues with a global outlook. He is an active member of the New York City Bar (Member of the State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction Committee) and the Armenian Bar Association.
